By booking The Lobster Shack you are agreeing to abide by the house rules. House rules are strictly enforced and failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises with no refund. You will receive the code for self check-in by 4pm on the day of your arrival. 1. Renter must be 25 years old or older. For every 4 underage occupants, an adult 25 years or older must be present throughout the stay. 2. Dogs are allowed but no other pets. 3. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated if left alone in the house. 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. 5. No smoking in the house. 6. No parties or events. 7. No loud music. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 8. If damage occurs to the property, please report it promptly. If you book the property, you agree that you have read and will abide by all house rules.

Bad Weather: Refunds will be made for mandatory hurricane evacuation/tropical depressions that are in the Gulf of Mexico heading towards the Bolivar Peninsula. If you are on site when this occurs, we will ask you to vacate as soon as possible and a partial refund for days not used will be refunded immediately. If this occurs prior to your arrival we will refund 100%. We can not guarantee sunny weather during your stay. Pop up rain storms happen and they are out of our control.
